<p>The biggest changes in the new Volvo C30 R-Design, which make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, are actually hidden beneath the skin. The chassis of the 2010 Volvo C30 R-Design is 10 millimeters lower and the steering of the car has been tuned to be more precise.
